Account Setup
You will receive your account setup information within a maximum of 24 hours. This will include your FTP & Control Panel, Username & Password and connection details for FTP, Mail and Control Panel.

Domain Names
If you have registered a domain name with us at the time of your order, it can take between 24-72 hours for a domain name to resolve on the DNS servers across the internet. Please set the DNS information on your domain to that of our main server unless you have been advised otherwise.

Uploading your Web Site
As soon as your domain's DNS has resolved across the internet onto our nameservers, you can start uploading your web site to our server using your domain name (without the www) as your FTP hostname. If you are transferring a site to us and need to be able to upload your site before your DNS resolves, then use the IP address in your setup email as a temporary FTP hostname.


Email
By default, email is not activated on your account. To make any changes to your email setup, simply login to the control panel. Please read the "Email" section of our help desk support section or the "Help" section of our control panel for more information. You have the option of forwarding your email to an existing account or setting up multiple POP3 boxes & configuring responses. See our Tutorials

Control Panel
All our accounts come with the Cpanel control panel. Once your domain name has resolved, you will be able to access your control panel by visting the link in your setup email. In the meantime you can access your site's control panel using the username & password in your account setup email and clicking the control panel link in our menu above. See our Tutorials


POP3 & SMTP Server Information
The following information should be entered into your email client. We support Outlook Express, Pegasus Mail and Eudora.

POP3 Server : mail.yourdomain.com
SMTP Server : mail.yourdomain.com
Username & Password As setup
Email Address : yourname@yourdomain.com

On the Cpanel servers your username is your email address, please replace the "@" with a "+".

SMTP Outgoing Mail
Our server allows you to send outgoing SMTP mail. To use this service, you must authenticate with your username and password. Any abuse of this service will result in the immediate suspension of your account. NO SPAM or Excessive use will be tolerated.

Email Forwarding
Our control panel allows you to forward email from addresses at your domain name to existing email addresses or POP3 accounts. To configure email forwarding, simply login to your control panel. See our Tutorials

POP3 Mailboxes
Your may setup POP3 mailboxes upto the limit specified in your hosting package. You can then setup fully qualified POP3 accounts that can be accessed with their own username and password @ mail.yourdomain.com. See our Tutorials

Catch-all Email
All our hosting packages offer catch-all email . This feature allows you to forward any email sent to your domain to a specific address or POP3 account. See our Tutorials
